Light Oil Potential for a New Area
|
The potential for conventional oil & gas deposition in eastern Saskatchewan is sparsely documented despite the fact that 1/3 of the province is underlain by the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
Saturn's acquisition of the Little Swan property is part of a systematic program of oil & gas rights acquisitions in Saskatchewan. The oil & gas permits being acquired and pursued by Saturn are attractively priced, long-lived and grant the rights holder ownership to any oil & gas resources from surface to the precambrian basement, a geological succession which in this region of Saskatchewan holds several known oil & gas producing formations.
Saturn commenced it's oil & gas rights initiatives in 2011.
The company will release more information when it becomes available.
