The Red Earth project is located in Saskatchewan and is 80% owned by Saturn with Jameson Resources Ltd. (JAL: ASX) of Perth, Australia owning 20%. Jameson Resources purchased a 10% interest in the Red Earth project in late 2011 and can earn and additional 50% interest by expending $870,000 over 3 years where after the project becomes a 60-40 joint-venture between Saturn and Jameson Resources. Saturn and Jameson will be conducting a first phase exploration program on the Red Earth project in 2012. |
